Between you and the weather

Roof replacement, repair, and storm damage response across {City} and the surrounding Piedmont.

What we do

Roofs, gutters, skylights

Ten things we get called for, from a leak you found this morning to a roof that has quietly run out of years. If it sits above your ceiling, it is our problem.

  • 01

    Roof inspection

A close look at shingles, flashing, valleys, and vents, so you know what you are actually dealing with before you spend anything.

  • 02

    Roof installation

Full replacement, stripped to the deck and rebuilt. Straight courses, clean valleys, and flashing that does its job.

  • 03

    Roof repair

Targeted fixes for leaks, lifted shingles, failed flashing, and the slow problems that turn into ceiling stains.

  • 04

    Gutter cleaning

Clearing the run so water leaves the roof instead of sitting on it. The cheapest roof work you will ever pay for.

  • 05

    Gutter installation

New seamless gutter and downspouts, pitched to actually drain and sized for the roof above them.

  • 06

    Gutter repairs

Resealing, resloping, and rehanging the sections that have pulled away, sagged, or started dumping against the foundation.

  • 07

    Roof damage repair

Impact, fallen limbs, and structural damage. We get the roof watertight first, then put it back properly.

  • 08

    Storm and wind damage

After high wind or a limb comes down, the damage is often invisible from the driveway. We get up there and document what is actually there.

  • 09

    Skylight installation

New skylights cut, framed, and flashed into the roof plane so the one thing they never do is leak.

  • 10

    Skylight repair

Reflashing, reglazing, and sealing skylights that have started letting weather in around the frame.

Nobody knows from the driveway

From the ground, almost every roof in {City} looks fine. The damage that matters sits on the slope facing away from the road: seal strips that have let go, flashing that has opened up at a valley, tabs lifted just enough to let water track underneath. Months later it shows up as a stain on a bedroom ceiling. Whatever brought you here, a spot on the drywall, a shingle in the yard, or a roof old enough to wonder about, the only way to know is for somebody to get up there and look.

Questions homeowners ask

Do I need a full replacement or just a repair?

It depends on how much of the roof is affected and how old it is. Isolated damage on a roof with years left is usually a repair. Widespread granule loss, curling across whole slopes, or leaks in several places usually means replacement. An inspection settles it, and ours is free.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We come out, get on the roof, and tell you what we find at no cost and with no obligation to hire us.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single family homes are done in a day or two. Size, pitch, how many layers have to come off, and the weather all move that number.

How do I know if a storm actually damaged my roof?

Often you cannot tell from the ground, which is the problem. Wind damage is usually a few creased or lifted tabs on a slope you cannot see from the street, and a limb can scuff the granules off without leaving anything obvious. If a storm has been through, it is worth having someone get up there and look.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in {City} and work across {County} and the {Metro Area} area, including {Nearby Town}, {Nearby Town 2}, {Nearby Town 3}, {Nearby Town 4}, and the surrounding towns.

My roof is leaking right now. What should I do?

Move what you can out of the way, put something under the drip, and call us. Do not get on the roof yourself in bad weather. We will get it watertight before we talk about anything else.

Get your roof looked at

Inspections are free and there is no obligation afterwards. If it is leaking right now, say so in the message and we will get moving faster.
